Full Estates

This is for you if you need to sell literally everything (or close to it). The sooner the better, please and thank you. We’ve got you. Our team can handle estates both big and small. We’ve worked with clients liquidating a cozy condo all the way to a 3000+ square foot home. 

Downsizing

Moving to a smaller place? Get the same service level you get with a full estate, in a smaller package. We can help you sell the furniture, rugs, home decor and everything else you aren’t taking with you for your next chapter. You probably have more to sell than you think!

Consignment

This option is perfect for you if you have items that seem to have some value, but you aren’t sure where to start with selling them. What is it worth? Who would buy it? When am I going to have time to sell it? Now is a great time to clear out and cash in with our consignment auctions.

Allow us to introduce you to the world of online auctions. These are the new (and dare we say, improved) version of your traditional estate sale. Perhaps you are familiar with companies that open a house for the weekend to sell anything that isn’t nailed down. Cars line the neighborhood and people start queuing up at 5 a.m. to be first in line so they can snag the best stuff. That’s the old method – and it’s going away for good reason.

You can get better results (more money, higher sell-through rate) with an online auction. Plus, you aren’t inviting total strangers into your home and you don’t need to vacate the premises for two weeks for sale set up. Online auctions fit into your life, not the other way around. We could go on, but in the interest of brevity, suffice to say that this is the holy grail of moving a lot of items efficiently and profitably. 

Here’s a high level overview of how this all works:

Site Visit

For full estates and downsizing sales, we start wth an in-person or virtual site visit to ensure that an auction makes sense for what you’re selling.

Photo Day

You’ve signed the contract and now you’re on our calendar for the very important photo shoot day! That’s when we make all of the items in your home shine to attract as many buyers as possible. 

Live Auction

Auctions run anywhere from 1-2 weeks. You’ll see bidding during that time, but most of the action happens on the final night. Family watch parties are encouraged. 

Pick Up

Almost as important as thr photo day is pick up! That’s when all of those sold items go out the door and off to their new homes. We’re on-site to ensure safe and smooth transfer of sold items.
