Shipping
We offer in-house shipping for non-breakable, small-to-medium sized items. These items are marked in Auction Ninja with a shipping box icon.
For breakable items (ceramic, glass, pottery, etc) and items that will not fit in a 20″ square box, we are happy to transport your auction winnings to a local pack and ship store. A minimum transfer fee of $15 applies. The fee will be billed to the credit card on file with Auction Ninja. You may elect to have your items brought to a UPS store, or to our shipping partner, Parcel Room. We are not able to provide quotes ahead of time with the UPS Store, so if you would like a quote, please reach out to Parcel Room.
We do not transfer furniture, and cannot refund purchases that are ineligible for shipping or transfer to a pack and ship store. If you would like to have large items or furniture shipped (tables, sofas, etc), please contact Parcel Room directly for a quote.
Not all auctions have shipping as an option. If you do not see shipping as a pick up option, then no items in the auction are eligible for shipping and items cannot be transferred to a pack and ship store. We will try to make this as clear as possible within the auction details, and trust that you will take care to check before bidding.
Transfers
If you’re not able to make it to the auction pick up during the available hours, we can pick up items on your behalf. You can then schedule a date to pick up those items in Londonderry, NH. We just ask that items are picked up within two weeks. We have three sizes of storage bins for your transferred items, and fees are based on the storage space used, as follows:



If multiple bins are required, the fee will include the cost of as many storage bins as needed, though we will do our best to pack items economically.
We are not able to transfer furniture. We recommend finding someone local via Craigslist who can pick up and deliver large items for you.
Transfer requests must made by email or text after the close of the auction. Bidders may text 603-556-8295 or email help@birdsnestauctions.com. We do not track transfer inquiries prior to the auction closing.
